An electric shaver will never be as close as conventional. Its all a matter of time. I switched to electric about 4 months ago as I thought it would save more time in the morning (its easier to shave in the shower with an electric razor). However I am going to switch back to conventional as by the end of the day I get too much stubble apearing.

Conventional shaving is double good, while the control of movement of shaving set and the hair-bits are in our hands. Electric shaving does a lot of nuisance, especially the beating and humming noise, which indirectly affects the tenderness, even of brain and we do have only 50% control on the hair-bits.
