They are totally unrelated. SAT scholastic apptitude test used to measure how well you learnt in high school and are likely to in the future

GED General equivalency diploma. Tests that you have learnt th equivelant of high school. Many employers don't recognize if because it show you mastered such things as showing up for class

Neither is accredited but they can you get accepted for higher education.

SAT is a little harder because it is to see if you are ready for college. GED is high school level. That is what I think. The SAT is not really hard if you are well prepared for it.
