I am in sort of a group of 3 friends, lets say me, E and G. Well, I have always known that E and G have been closer to each other than I have ever been to either of them, but ately I have been feeling really jealous and left out. Sometimes it seems like dumb things, like they'll go to our local shopping centre without me, and if I ask if they called they'll just be like 'Well, it was a last minuts thing, we didn't have any time to ring you'. But the last time the did it was the time I felt the most left out. We idolise 2 comedians, Lano and Woodley, and we have been watching them together for ages, but we have never seen them in a show. When they went to the shopping centre they went to G's place afterwards, and on eBay they found some tickets to a Lano and Woodley contest, but they only got 2 so they decided to leave me out. I talked to them about it and they're just like 'Don't worry Erin you'll see them some day' even though this is the GOODBYE tour they're seeing.

I don't understand what's happening because nothing has gone wrong between us lately, not that I know of, everythings been fine. Do I have the right to be jealous or am I just over-reacting?

Why don't you move around in a wider circle , so that you have other people to go out with other than these two. This happens sometimes, don't worry too much abt these things. If you have other friends then you wont come across as too needy ... and that makes a big difference . Trust me .. make new friends ... get more popular ... then these two will themselves make plans to include you in their activities ! Relax ... and just chill! ;)

Its obvious that they don't treat you like you treat them. Its normal for you to feel left out, since this the case, you should try to find new friends, its not jealous, you just feel annoyed and being isolated. Try to hang on in this friendship is pointless because they obviously just want each other. You will be always out of the pic.Be friend(the hello and goodbye type) with them, and at the same time, look out for other ppl that really want to be your best friend. And put you in the pic of best friend.Searching for best friends is not easy but no point hanging on to some so called Friends that don't care about you.

Oh my gosh! I had the same problem!! I may have not handled it the best because I just quit talking to them both. If they weren't going to appreciate me and include me, then I decided to go and find other friends. To me, it's like a bf/gf relationship. If they really care about you they will respect your feelings. Sounds like you've already tried talking to them. Maybe they just aren't taking your feelings into consideration. Try talking to them one more time, but if they dont listen, give them the cold shoulder for a while. Sometimes people don't realize how much they care about something until it's taken away.

You dont need to be jealous. what you need to be is Angry. Your so-called friends have actually been speaking volumes to you that you dont really fit along to their scheme of things and I guess it is time for you to move on. What I believe is that friends are suppose to be like family and show love and concern for one another and E & G are doing the direct opposite. Don't worry about losing them because you have known each other since kids, you have to move on. You win some, you lose some. Finally, this might be an opportunity to really show the world and everyone that you have what it takes to be independent and this will be new friends to you. Cheers

I don't blame you for feeling left out, they really don't seem to think about you, to me they don't sound like friends at all, make some new friends, ones that care about you coz these guys really don't seem to care. So take my advice and leave the selfish sods. You really do deserve better!
