i cant find NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION?

i am going to canada to visit my doughterin vancover she and her husbant are dintist in the universty and we would like to have the visa to go to usa for tourism my husband is a professor of ourthopidic in alex university EGYPT AND WE HAD VISA BEFOR TO GO TO CONGRESES in usa but it is expired now so we want to have a new one
