I once did an astral chart to a friend, following a set of instructions that i found on a book, and the result was pretty amazing. I've been doing it a couple of more times with the same outcome. So i do think so. I couldn't say how, though. Astrology is pretty beautyfull too.
Horoscopes from magazines etc. are crap, though.

This is my theory

Since the planets revolving around the sun affect gravitaional pull on earth ( very small change tho ) it may be possible that they alter earths orbit depending on which month you are talking about.

Then changing the orbit would cause earth to either absorb more light or less light.

Earths magnetic field is established by the iron ore in magna at the core of the planet spining around the earth.

So more light would increase the cores temperature, this possibly could alter earths magnetic field

Now, recall that some animals depend on earths magnetic field for navigation.

This could be an inherent trait of all animals, even humans although we have lost this ability through the evolutionary chain, although we are still effected somewhat physically.

we MAY be affected hormonoly or stimulated, or other physical effects ect..

Therefore we may be dirrectly connected to the planetary alingments
