I can only assume what your speaking about my friend. You can only love one woman, that's plenty to take care of, believe me. Your kids however, I don't know what to say.
We only have one trip through life, make it as good as we can, then it's over. If you want your kids to have kind thoughts about you after it's over, you have to do something about it.
There must be some intermediate answers for you. If your traveling back and forth you have to stop and decide what family you want and stay there, than you have to make some kind of amends to the other family.
How in the world did you get into this mess to start with. I can only assume again, that's a whole another story. Good luck Bub.

Listen to your heart.
Dont listen to your balls.
I am not trying to be a smart as# but the heart matters more than the balls in the long run... The heart is more intuitive than your balls. The heart is far more cleverer and conscientious than your balls.
Use your mind with the help from your heart, and you might just find some inner guidance...
It isn't going to be easy, but only the strong will survive, and I have a feeling that you want to get through this, and feel proud of yourself when you do so...
