the best advice that I can give you is to get plenty of sleep, eat right and exercise.your body will do the rest.but truly some people stop growing before they are 20 unless it runs in your family to have a growth spurt at a later age.good luck to you

LOL, this is a familiar problem for me. I'm not making fun of you. It really depends on the gene pool. I'm 5'10", my husband is 5'11" and both of us have family members who are over 6' tall. Even some of the female memebers are over 6' tall. My son is, my brother is, numerouts uncles, etc. When my youngest child was born ( a daughter) I expected her to follow suite and be about 6' tall. Much to her dismay and to my amusement, she is 5'1" tall. She is 17 years old and even if she grows a little more, there isn't a chance in heck she's gonna reach 6'. The only way I've ever heard of anyone being able to grow taller than they were meant to be was on a tv show about people with dwarfism. There is a stretching method, performed by doctors that have made people grow taller than they were intended to be. It's my understanding it can be painful and I'm not sure it's worth it. Good luck

I know that boys stop growing when they are twenty one. I stopped growing a lot sooner than that. why would you want to grow much taller? Mind you I wish I could have grown a few inches taller, I am only five foot. so just be thankful you are your height, in good health. just be happy.

You are still growing and will continue to grow to age 25. However, if you're talking about if your boobs will grow more, the answer is unfortunately no.
You won't grow much during the next few years, but little bits.

You have probably stopped growing. Why would you want to be taller than 5'6"? Thats about average.
