Why yes, assuming the baby has been born, and the pregnant woman is carrying it, and the baby is naked, you shouldn't have too much trouble spotting if it is a girl or boy.
Of course, if the baby hasn't been born yet, you would need to use an ultrasound machine and look carefully for anatomically specific traits on the baby.
