if ur colleague told ur a lazy bugger coz' u have provoked her by raising ur voice and u wer sarcastic when she's asking if u have done what she have asked what u must do...is there any case here of bullying?

Without knowing more context, I can't tell you for sure. Based solely on what you said, I would technically not call it "bullying."

However, I think you could have given her an answer that would have been less antagonistic. Your attitude obviously came across as unfair or mean to her, leading to her accusation of you being a bully.

Regardless of who is wrong and right, you have to work with this woman, and you want her to treat you with respect as well, so it would be better for both of you if you dropped the sarcasm.

Jennifer, let's start here by typing like an adult instead of some teen-ager (unless you ARE a teen-ager). Complete words!

Anyway, that being said.... are you a "lazy bugger"? Think about it. Why are you raising your voice? Is it necessary so that you can be heard? What's the point of being sarcastic? Sarcasm tends to tick people off!
What it sounds like here is that you're immature and you don't like being confronted by your co-worker. Does your co-worker have more seniority than you? You seem to be making the work place intolerable by your rude behavior and it doesn't sound like you're being bullied. Or did you mean that YOU'RE the one doing the bullying?
