what i mean is i marry here in the phils. for my first husband then now after 4 years i wanted to marry again to the other man in the other country and if it valid that i can marry to the other country even i not yet file an annulment here?

YES it is okay.... but dont come back to the philippines because you are still married here. So when you come back your former husband may accuse you of adultery.... so be careful.... Yuor marriage here in the Phil. is still valid unless there is an anullment already.

yeah, u probably can, but if you're already married in your home country you can't legally be married there until u have your old marriage annuled. still u can marry your new man in his country and be legally married to him in his country!
