When you divert your attention from the issue, it automatically fades away. The anger is on other person and because of conversation. keep listening and think that the other person is fool and you are wise, so a smile will come on your face. be happy. Try this.

I usually used to get really angry. The best thing is to think of something good. Look away at what you are angry and always remember what you were angry of is gone, cant be fixed so forget about it, try to improve and do it better. If you are angry at someone, think about the good times you guys have had, and then you want to talk to them throught b4 you throw a fit or something. Now i am pretty chill, whatever happens i am always chill. Its pretty cool.

With God all is possible. Pray. Ask the Lord for help. Read "Power of a praying Husband" Very good for your marriage.
And ofcourse reading the Word of God (Bible).

Don't be too hard on yourself. By admitting it, is the 1st step to overcoming it.

I pray the best for u.

God Bless!
