How to Make an Herbal Facial
There are a variety of natural facials that you can mix and apply yourself. Below is a simple herbal facial that is easy to make and feels great on your skin.
Steps:
1. Cleanse your face thoroughly before you begin, making sure all makeup is removed. 2. Combine 1 egg white, 1 tbsp. dry milk, 1 tsp. honey and 1/4 tsp. of an herb such as chamomile flowers, fennel, parley, lemongrass or mint leaves. 3. Whisk or blend at low speed for 2 minutes, or until mixture is creamy. 4. Apply to face and throat. 5. Let the mask set for 15 minutes. Sit back and relax. 6. Rinse the mask off entirely with warm water.
Tips:
To make a honey mask, replace these ingredients with 1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. finely ground fennel seed, 1 tsp. olive oil and 1 egg yolk. Follow the steps above, but leave it on your face for 30 minutes before washing. After you cleanse and before you apply the mask, you may want to steam your face to eliminate toxins (see "Give Yourself a Facial," under Related eHows). Steam your face for 8 to 10 minutes and then apply the mask. Tips from eHow Users: coffee mask"shery" by shery abdallah

1. Cleanse the skin >
You’ll want to wash your face to remove any grime or dirt. If you have oily or combination skin, try a cleanser.
2. Exfoliate >
Using your fingers, rub a gentle exfoliating scrub in a circular motion on your face. Concentrate on the areas around your nose and forehead or if you have combo skin. Work harder on the areas that tend to be greasy. Rinse your face well since exfoliating scrubs tend to be drying.
3. Steam >
Fill your sink with warm water, dip a washcloth in and press to your face. Repeat 2-3 times.
4. The Mask >
For oily skin, use a clay-based face mask. Beaten eggs works very well for this. For dry skin, go for a hydrating gel or cream mask. Apply the mask, avoiding the areas around the eyes. Keep it on for 10-20 minutes. Rinse completely.
5. Moisturize >
Smooth on a soothing, basic moisturizer or facial lotion.

depends on wat type of kind of kin u have ..if u have dry skin try this Grind 1 tablespoon almonds into a fine meal in a blender or food processor. Mix almond meal together with 1 tablespoon honey and 1 egg white. Apply to face and let set for about 15 minutes. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth..if u have oily skin..u could use tomato slices or juice which can be applied on the skin. It is good for oily skin and has a cleansing effect. Also lightens skin colour.

I have been using this for awhile...i works wonders without costing anything. Mix virgin olive oil and sugar together to make a paste. (The sugar will not melt) I keep mine in a tupperware container with a lid by the bathtub. While you are in the bath pour some on a washcloth and rub all over your body...WoW, what a difference! Then, I put bath soap on the washcloth and wash my body. My boyfriend always tells me me, "You are so soft!"

Best things i've ever used are so simple. I mix sugar and water to make a paste and rub it on my face to exfoliate. After that, i put a hot cloth on my face, then after that i use an egg white and let it dry on my face and wash it off. It closes your pores and makes your skin feel amazingly smooth. try it, it's free. i bet you have sugar and an egg at your house already so just give it a try!
