can you be more specific, like near Varrock or Falador etc..

It's actually easier to head to rimmington, south south/west of falador, and travel southeast along the shoreline. If you talk to the drunken guy throwing glass bottles, he'll put you on a funny mini-quest to sober him up. Eventually when he's sober, he'll tell you about the mudskippers. Go to the site www.runehq.com for further help with quests and such. That is the single-most useful help site the internet has to offer. Hoped that help. Happy gaming!

go to port sarim. go past the docks and the fishing shop, then you will c a jail then a chapel. keep traveling in that direction and u will find it.
