1. Baby oil or Avon's skin so soft in the shower (use caution as not to slip!!)

2. Vit. E oil (ask your doctor about taking vit. E supplements also. It helps repair damaged tissue, such as weakened skin, sore muscles, ect.....)

3. Cocoa butter

4. As much lotion as you can stand

5. Drink plenty of water.....hydrated skin is healthier and less prone to stretch marks.

i would say just use after each shower body lotions (EveRocher fruit lotions are great!), creams, and stuff like that -especially for breasts, hips, tummy. I know it helps, cause moisturising skin is very important! Your skin would strech without leaving marks on it.
My friend used a lot of creams, now she has a beautiful 1,5 years daughter and NONE strech marks, not even one!!!

Vitamin E oil is great. There use to be a product called "mother's friend" that I used during both my pregnancies, and I don't have a single stretch mark.

C M is very correct. However, exercising while you are pregnant is also very helpful. Because while Vitamin E is good for the skins elasticity, walking, staying rubbed down in vitamin e, and staying hydrated is the best thing for your skin and your body. Even if you stay soaked in vitamin e, if you aren't hydrated your body will soak it up like you never had it on. Then it would be almost pointless to put it on.

Nothing prevents stretchmarks except for genetics. The severity of stretchmarks depends on the elasticity of the skin. You can slather your body with every lotion, herbs known to man and still get stretch marks. If you do get them than time is the only factor to make them fade.

Buy some vitimin E oil and rub your belly, thighs and breasts down every night. This helps the skin become more elastic and will stretch further than it would otherwise.
