This is really a situation where the results will vary from one situation to the next. This depends largely upon the condition of the particular knee or joint at issue.

You may find that TCM helps you alot with this problem,.. but you would have to give it a fair try to find out. .... In my opinion,.. if you could find a practitioner of TCM who is also a "Chi Kung" master,... you would get the best results possible. .... They are out there.

Not sure what tcm means but I have osteo in knee and use glucosamine and also of late there is an oral treatment available called olive oil extract (available from chemist.) If you mean surgery (tcm) knee replacement is an option depending on your age and financial circumstance.

TCM (traditional chinese medicine) not sure?, but I know that the ayurvedic medicine called Arthrid works well for OA.

I just seen on TV tonight that scientists have discovered that Olive Leaf Extract works really well
