What will human's do to stop the inevitable end of the world?

Question

In less than 5 billion years the sun will become so huge it will swallow the earth, then soonly after it will burn out and become a nebula. So of course 5 billion years is like forever, but none the less is can also be the end. If we dont do something to kill us all before then.. which can definately happen. (Especially with presidents like Bush, I mean omfg.) But back to the point, tell me what you think humans can do to stop the inevitable end of the world?

Scientifically speaking: There is nothing that humans can do stop the sun from expanding. It will happen whether we like it or not.
Religiously speaking: Your God should have wiped us out by then.
Optimistically speaking: We will by then have space-travel and colonize space and spread our distorted DNA all over this universe.
Pessimistically speaking: We are freakin' dead.
Realistically speaking: We can't even stop the green-house effect, how do you think we will stop a star from expanding its' fuel and dying?
Personally speaking: Scotty, beam me up!

Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species. Your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you and neither does your penchant to breed beyond your planet's ability to sustain you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

If God hasn't already ended the world by that time 5 billion years from now, I feel like mankind will have developed interstellar space travel and will have inhabited many other planets by that time. If that happens, then mankind will have ample time to mount some sort of mass evacuation to get the population somewhere safer.

Well my fellow human being, I can tell u tht we will be very far away form earth at tht time and if not maybe extinct. Yet if we r on earth we can somehow try to shift the orbit of earth or maybe build an extremely heat resistant sheld around the earth tht might protect us from the sun. We can also (although it still might be impossible at tht time) disort space and time and teleport or in other words teleport our earth. The possibilities can be endless but it depends on u to give life to earth till it ends naturally or destroy it on our own. We must start protecting our Earth now or it might just be too late.

We can't do anything, if evolution created the world it Will end also, that is natural, but we can minimize the unnatural pollution being created by us to prolong the evolution process..
