Third, because Time may be more relative than we think, somewhen that table is still being built and possibly destroyed.
Metaphysically, you can walk around the table, and thus that table is in motion relative to your personal universe, which is around you-You are stationary in your personal universe as it's center, because this is your point of view. Unless you are having an out of body experience.
For anything to remain stationary, there has to be a refrence point. In case you are the refrenece point and you are walking, then everything arnd you is in motion

Some may argue the table is an illusion or dellusion, and doesn't exist at all.

It can be in motion two ways. first it will be in motion with the rotation of the earth. But I think metaphiscally it is in motion by the same way all substances are in motion. Its the Physcial Law that all compounds are happy in a disoranted state. such as gas will always expand and disperse giving the chance. so even though we cant actually see the motion of the table the molicules that make up the table are always repelling each other. giving a few hundred years the changes could be actually be measured. for example the legs of a table will getter thicker toward the bottom and thinner at the top in a few hundred years. In an abstract way, A stationary table is kept on an earth and earth is never stationary its always rotating so table also always rotating. We doesn't see it we are in same frame of reference with table.

The table is stationary relative to the floor.
The floor is stationary relative to the earth's surface.
The earth's surface rotates around the earth's axis daily.
The earth revolves around the sun annually.
The sun orbits the center of the galaxy.
The galaxy moves relative to other galaxies.
When I ride a caroussel, my horse is bolted to the floor of the caroussel. Is it stationary?
Is the Empire State Building high? Relative to the space shuttle, no.

yeah: from the defination of force, FORCE:- This can be simply define as causative of MOTION. from my defination, your question had been answered. meaning that; the stationary table can be in motion by applying force to it. recall that force is of two types: the one caused by pushing and the one caused by pulling.
so you can apply any of these to keep the table in motion.
also there is what we called inclined force, so you can inclined the table to a certain angle (say 90degree) and apply the force to keep it moving by itself.
note the weight of the table determined the inclination angle to use.
