I always sleep very heavy all the time and only wake up if woken up but my boyfriend always wants to stay in bed in the week then at the weekend when he can stay in bed he's up really early and bugging me to get up, I dont know why this is but I wish he would pack it in.

It sounds like you don't like your job very much but on your days off you are delighted to face the new day because you get to do anything and everything you desire. On the other hand, when you go to work you must do what someone else dictates and you're the kind of person who would rather be your own boss.

Even if you like your job you're still dancing to someone else's music. "Bah! Humbug!"

because we humans like being lazy so on days of work we wake up late. when its an off day, we know all we gotta do is relax so we are 'looking foreward to lazing around'. this makes us wake up earlier as there is motivation to be lazy.

I know, that is so true and the most annoying thing ever! It's like on Sunday my parents are going away so i can like sleep as late as i want, but just watch-I'll be up at 7 am :-/ It's just 'Murphy's law', that's all!

Either you need motivation or change in job.
