Las vegas and file for divorce and it will be granted . I mean the person I married is in Europe does it make a difference . I need out now !!!

You should consult a lawyer in your area.

Just because you married in Nevada, doesn't mean you can get divorced in Nevada, unless you actually live in Nevada. The good news is, that Nevada will allow you to establish residency in Nevada in as little as six weeks; then you can file for divorce. You will still need to put your spouse on notice, but your attorney should be able to do all of that for you.

You probably could file for an annulment but I'm quite positive he will have to sign it as well and usually you must have a valid reason for ending the marriage.
