as sad as it is no. If the meaning of life where known then the human race would go on as before. With the exception that we would try to prove the meaning wrong. Sad but true i,m afraid. The down fall of knowledge is that some one wants to be smarter and or in control of that witch they don't really understand. Just my take on it.

Once someone is born, there is only one thing sure about his/her life.........that at some time there will be death. Everything else in between is a struggle, albeit for some the struggle is worse than others and for some the struggle is not so bad.

At the end of the day when you are dead....and gone, those around will speak about your achievements and failures, good and bad points and assassinate or speak well of your character.
That's life in some ways...a mixture of good, bad and ugly.

The true meaning of life may never really be known. Live it and live it well. .Your conscience is perhaps your best guide.

Life has a different meaning for each person so I guess that means that the word and it's inhabitants are as you find them.

I think the meanin of life is just one of those things that will forever have no one definition..it will probably have many definitions and many explainations..so there will always be a conflict of beliefs...but if they did find a single definition for the meaning of life, that everyone accepted to be true...well then, i would say that people would just find another mystery to ponder about....i think the universe is filled with infinite mysteries....but this is just my opinion.

Hope this helps. Have a nice day. =)

I think the world would be a horrible place, one that had no hope or joy in it. What is this constant need for us to explain the unexplainable and ignore what makes life great? Does it matter that life exists, or does it matter that it feels good to be alive?

80% of the world's population have a distorted worldview....ie, the belief in the supernatural...therefore it goes without saying that life would be extremely different if everyone faced objective reality. Can people swallow objective reality....i doubt it, obsolete genes do not die overnight.

If we knew the meaning of life, it might be an utterly disappointment for many, especially the religious fraction.
