Absolutely.
Most terrorism is conducted by the secret services, primarily CIA/MI6/Mossad/ISI.
The main culprit is CIA, who were at the root of 9/11.
If the secret services were closed down, the terrorism would stop, and most of the reasons for war would disappear. Enormous savings would be made, the world would be far more peaceful and happy, and no-one would be living in fear.
The only reason it is not done is that those who control the secret services make great profit out of their activities.

CIA has been meddling the affairs of so many countries around the world, which adversely affect the United States. For example, they supported the former Taliban regime in Afghanistan to oust the Soviet from Afghanistan, but the Talibans sponsored the 9/11 attack in the U.S.

Oh of course!
It serves the national interest to have a big noise over here so that the corrupt can "use the constitution as toilet paper" as one of our fellow respondents said on another question.
I fear that if the world knew the truth about everything, esp re the US- it would shake the world to the core.
Can you imagine the court cases if that was the case!?

One of the primary functions of the CIA is to create terrorism. it is a fact, they admit it openly, there are many many documentaries in which ex CIA agents brag of their terrorism. they might not call it terrorism, but extra judicial assasinations and bombings and funding, arming and training unofficial miltia groups to overthrow democratically elected governments IS terrorism.
The discovery channel regularly shows documentaries about the CIA's terrorist activities. in fact the CIA are probably the world's biggest terrorist group, closely followed by the Mossad and MI6, with a truly global reach, they have overthrown many governments using the tactics of terror, mass mind manipulation, (psy-ops) and military coups.
It is a fact, documented, admitted, bragged about and is undeniable,
