connect DVD to a Sony Trinitron that only has the VHF/UHF (cable) connection in the back and NO other video connections on this TV,can a DVD be connected?

get a modulator. this is a device where you plug in all three yellow. red and white AV cables from the DVD line out into the modulator. the modulator has a typical VHF/UHF line out which you plug into the tv. Just check out an electronic store. they are not difficult to get.

yes you can still connect one or multiple devices to it.
Radio shack has whats called an RF modulator.

Its a small little gadget that connects to the TVs CABLE IN connection and comes out Red White Yellow connection.
Thats it, nothing special.

you have to buy an rf modulator so that you can conect the Yellow/Red/White cables... u can pick one up at radio shack for less than 30 bucks.

try hooking a cable cord from tv to vcr then plug dvd into vcr
