I really do not know why, i have personally not hit a girl before like that. But what it may be is that he might have spent a lot of time thinking of you or something and he might have been so confident that you would say yes that he just got excited, asked and you imediately said no and he just got mad and without thinking hit you. If i were you i would have slapped him across his flippin face. Anyways i kinda assumed this was you but to whomever this was, the guy was a jerk. O and even if the girl was being a total retard, if it were me i would not hit her, i am not very abusive, i am pretty buff big, but do not hit anyone.
