well if shes ur best friend u should tell her that u were sorry and that u were drunk and ur mind was out of order, but if she was ur lover: u should go buy her something she really wants and tell her how sorry u are and that if you "searched the whole world u can never find anyone to replace her".
or u could say somethin' like:

Thats harsh! But why use a line to get her back just tell her the truth and how you feel. Why do guys always feel like coming clean and being honest about their feelings is something bad?
