I've just visited the Harper Collins website - publishers for Gordon Stevens - they have a sort of potted biography of him - but I've been unable to find a forum or website actually dedicated to him
Harper Collins has information on how to contact an author on their site - they say:
"Some of our authors have signed up for our Email an Author scheme and are keen to hear what readers think of their work. Find your favourite author’s page and click on the link to send them an email. (Please note: We cannot take any responsibility for lost mail nor can we cannot guarantee a response.)

I don't think that Gordon Stevens has an email list - but I've put the link to his page below for you to check.
