It's just normal vaginal discharge (your vagina is a mucous membrane.) They say most girls begin seeing vaginal discharge about a year before they start their period, but I don't remember if that was true for me or not (it definitely started before my period started, but I don't recall for how long.)
Wearing a pantiliner is optional and just depends on whether it makes you feel drier or more comfortable.

Vaginal discharge is a natural phenomenon in women, but if your discharge is sticky and if it gives out a fowl odour, then it cud be a vaginal infection, fungal or bacterial. So if u have above characteristics in ur discharge then u must go for a gynac consultation, she wud just do simple checkups and give u a medication if required. Its a simple treatment and has nothing to worry about. By the time, keep your private parts very clean, wash it with soap and water 3-4 times a day.

That is just your body cleaning itself. Perfectly normal to have discharge. Only worry if it gets a really strong odor to it. That might mean a trip to your doc to clear it up. Period can be anytime. Usually between 11 and 13.

it's normal vaginal discharge.
as long as there's no itching or anything weird, you're totally fine. you will have this for the rest of your life. it (like the mucus in your nose) helps protect your vagina from infections. it also serves as a sexual lubricant. when you are turned on, you may have more of it.
girls start their periods anywhere from age 8 to age 18 these days... mostly around age 12 or 13. very physically active girls get theirs later. (a good motivation to exercise now, ha ha.)
