Unless this is something he's always done then yes, u should be suspicious. Why don't u ask him and see how legit his answers are. U can always follow him when he supposedly leaves for work.

YES!!! RED FLAG, RED ALERT!
People have affairs at any hour of the day they can do it. One day, call him a 1/2 hour or hour after he's left with a good excuse about the day's plan or some such, and listen for what's going on in the background. This may give you hints as to what he's up to.
If that doesn't give you a hint, confront him - ask him why he leaves so early, flat out. If he stammers the answer or comes up with the lamest excuse, play dumb and drop it - in front of him anyway. Later, give him no reason to deter from his daily routine, and follow him yourself, hire a detective, or a close friend to do it for you. Make sure to do it more than once, as if he thinks you're on to him, he'll deter from his mistress until he thinks he's back in the clear. If you're just THAT suspicious, don't even ask him at all, and have him followed immediately.
Maybe even get the new phones that have GPS tracking so you'll know exactly where he is. If there's a way to switch w/out letting him know the new one's have GPS, then the better off you would be.
Once you know the truth, it will put your mind at ease, one way or the other. The mistrust will ruin your marriage if you never do anything about it. If it's all innocent, as it very well could be, never speak of it or think of it again. If not, then God bless you and help you through the hell of a ride you are in for!
Best of luck!

I would be very concerned this shows evidence of him cheating on you have a morning quickiw with the mistress before work
if you hjave the opportunity follow him or have friend follow him and report what they find out. But really this soundsa very suspicious. If no kids in the picture just makes things easier
divorce the pig if the cheating is varified.

The easies way to handle this is to ask him. In the absence of facts we tend to make up answers. He has the fact and if you ask you may find that he is having coffee somewhere and then arriving early to work in trying to impress the bosses and get a promotion.
Give him the benefit of the doubt for now and then... ask him. Can it be worse than wondering? Either way, you will be able to make choices about your future.
Good luck.

who has an affair at 6 in the morning??? sounds weird.
maybe he likes to have some alone time at a coffee shop and read or whatever. or sneak off somewhere and look at porn.
if you have kids, maybe he just doesn't want to help you get them ready.
try looking for clues in the other parts of your life together. try asking him if he's happy with your sex life or whatever.
you should probably have asked him already why he does that... if you can't, then maybe you two have major communication problems.

He sounds just like my son in law he likes to leave for works early too and I am curious to why he does that too. My daughter does not drive so she can't check on him either.

Does he have to bang her in front of you? Of course he is cheating on you. Dang, who leaves that early for work? Heck, I wouldn't even leave that early for to go do something fun!

That's quite strange. Pehaps you should be suspicious, but not in an obvious manner.

of course you should. Make sure that one day you leave before him borrow someone else's car,and wait for him to pass you a few blocks away, and then follow him.
