A GMAT of 740 is excellent, and higher than the average GMAT score at every American B-School. The top American B-Schools want 30-40% of their students to be international students. They want students to have four to five years of work experience.

The other things that they will care about are references, the quality of your previous education (it would help if you went to the top schools in India), references and your essays. The essays are extremely important.

You seem to have many things going for you. You have one thing that may go against you. You already have an MBA. You may want to contact the admissions offices of the schools that interest you to see if they will accept someone who already has a foreign MBA. If they don't, then applying will be a waste of money.
