People born with eyesight & later went blind can dream ase people with eyesight do.
Those born blind dream about emotions they experience. They experience their other senses in their dreams like taste, smell, touch & hearing.

They probably dream the same things that seeing people dream about. I mean just because they are blind doesn't mean they don't have the same thoughts as us.

the same as not- blind people do,or do you dream with your eyes open?the fact that they can see ,does not mean that they can dream

Depends on if they were ever able to see...medically and logically speaking, if they were never able to see then dreaming would probably be blurrs or mostly sounds of some nature because their brains were never able to process the optical data of images
