who I can get out of this error?

I am not certain but it may be something to do with your video device drivers. I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling your video card drivers, if in fact you have a card otherwise reinstall your video driver. You said you "unloaded" a demo game, did you uninstall it or what do you mean by "unloaded"?
