Cant rule out the possibility.
But..... based on currently available technology its very unlikely within the next 50 to100 years. Definitely not in our life time.

To give details is beyond the scope and capacity of this message board.
Suffice to answer, yes and no.
It is well proven that time travel into the future is possible even with our current technology but there is little benefit in doing so because time travel into the past is not yet actually, although theorectically possible.
May I suggest reading Rudy Rucker's The Fourth Dimension. His book gives a wonder explaination accessible to those without a sufficient mathematical and understanding of higher level (upper division and beyond) physics background.

There is more current literature based upon some more recent research by David Deutche at Oxford and Ron Mallet's research at UConn.
In my opinion, the best approach is Frank Tipler's scheme.

YES IT POSSIBLE, Say for instants you could travel at the speed of light, You are in fact traveling Forward in time ( It call Time Diation, Specifically Time slow down as you near the speed of light ) . But to travel back in time is a lot harder for one thing you would have to create a sort of Wormhole between the Spaceship travel at the speed of light and a Stationary Point on the Earth. So when you jump though this wormhole you will return to earth in the past, Specifically right after you left on the Spaceship traveling at lightspeed. But as far as Traveling further Back in time that very Hard and Complex. But maybe if you found a wormhole out in space a maybe possible to go back further.

To the Future Or Past it is not possible since the world would expand population eaither way.
The reason for not having this possibility is as wide as the sea.
Howver I cannot consider any impossiblities since we were saying that MAN CAN NEVER LAND ON MOON.

No...it doesn't exist. And I'm glad it doesn't! Cause the ppl that would have power over it would just screw everything up worse than it is anyway!
