I have such a soft heart. I can't say no to requests, but I'm way too busy to accommodate everyone.

i can never say no to someone i love or know. its odd but its me.

Yes, unfortunately I m the type who cant say "no". Its very bad if your friends know this. I must try more to say "no" becoz I usually meet with the troubles as the last night:
My neighbour knocked my door at 10 p.m. to request help for his car and he said that he has to take his parents from the airport at 11 p.m. Normally I said "yes of corz" and tried to help him, but we couldnt start his car. After half an hour we understood that it was impossible for us and we were late for his parents. In the 2nd scene, we went to airport by my car!!!
I came home at 12.30 a.m. and I didnt feel myself as an helpful man after spending 2 1/2 hours to help him. I could advice him to call the car repair service or to go to the airport by a taxi, but I couldnt.
I hate to find myself in uninterested positions becoz of my soft heart.

It depends on the situation and the person, But I usually say no because if you accommodate everyone else you won't be able to concentrate and worry about yourself.

Yes, I too have a problem with saying no and I get really angry at myself for agreeing to things I don't want to do and more so at the other person having the cheek to ask

I can be that way too, but I also am able to say no if I don't want to do what ever is requested.

No, I'm not the type who can't say "no".
One of the best things you can do to protect yourself and your interests is to learn to say no when you want to say no. Practise in the mirror if you need to or see a therapist. Say yes to yourself and learn to say no to others when you want to say no.

I used to be, but got tired of being walked all over. Now, people don't even bother asking me to do stuff because they know I'm gonna say no. I felt bad, at first, but I got over it.

you have to start to learn saying out the word.
i even have one friend who's afraid to get back her money from another friend who tend to always forget that she had borrowed the money earlier.

Sometimes you have to say no. I say it a lot of times...even sing it (Black Eyed Peas-style).
