To those people who don't want to tell their stories, keeping it bottled up inside will just make you sick.

Yep, from grief. Couldn't eat, lost 8# that I really needed to hang onto in just 3 days.Thought I might end up in the hospital with an IV for food, always on the verge of passing out.
Dear friends preparing me food, talking to me to distract myself so I could eat. Eating made me cry, unless someone spoke to me or I was driving. Also the friend that read me some beautiful, comforting old hymns. We aren't meant to suffer through such times on our own, that's for sure.

Sure, i dated this girl and she slept with a mate of mine. man it was terrible. I got physically ill to the extent that i threw up a few times. then decided to go out... finished a bottle of Jack Daniels and never contacted her or that mate again...

That was a few years ago. Still think about her every now and again but the thought doesn't last long. Not an easy thing to deal with, ha ha ha

when my very first love broke up with me, i did have a mental breakdown. until that point in my life i never knew what depression or anxiety disorder even was. also strangely, i had physical pain in my heart, a very fast unexplainable heart rate, and had a low grade fever that lasted six months. i also became extremely panic stricken and agoraphobic. my doctor was really worried and i had alot of medical tests done. she told me i probably had "pericarditis", which is an inflammation around the heart. it was a really bad time for me

Yes! I am only 20 years old and my husband died when I was pregnant with our second child. He killed himself and it just made me heartbroken that he would leave me and his daughter and unborn child (which was another girl). I became really stressed out and ended up having my youngest reallllly early due to the stress, but shes a fighter and she is ok! So luckily everything turned out ok!

Yes. My first important boyfriend. I ended up hospitalized. It turned out to be starvation. I wasn't trying to starve myself. I was just so depressed I never thought to eat. The first break up is the hardest. I now bounce back pretty quickly.
