Hi im 37 weeks with 2nd child, the pains your having sound like braxton hicks, and the shits could be due to the baby moving down into the pelvis as this pushes on everything causing everything else to move, i have the same thing from time to time when my baby moves.

go to the doctor, they'll let you know for sure, but it sounds like braxton hicks. If it doesn't change with your action you want to get it checked out for sure. If it does change with action or position it's most likely braxton hicks or really early labor.

It might simply be braxton hicks, they have a tendency to get tighter as you get additional alongside, however then they might even be the begin of the truly factor!, maintain a rely of the contractions, what number of what time, whilst how lengthy, and observe down i they're getting extra painful or no longer, if there no longer and your having not up to four an hour then its mainly BH. but when they're getting quicker and more potent then name your midwife and tell her because it might be begin of labour. well success!

you are having contractions. usually it happens when you're nearing your term and you shouldn't worry about that. it gets frequent when you are at those weeks. have you seen your doctor?
can you differentiate the cramping to contractions? usually if it's uterine contractions in your 37th week it wouldn't last long but if the cramping persists and doesn't reduce try to really chek it with your doc. and have some tests.
it it persists don't sleep on your left although it's preferred to be in that position when sleeping to improve fetal circulation but because you're cramping try sleeping on your back. but if it doesn't the best thing is to sleep on your left, that is for your baby.
