If they own, or are directors of the business concerned, you can go to the register of companies, at companies house in the UK.
They list the names and addresses of the registered ompany owners, directors etc.
Have a look at www.companieshouse.gov.uk
They should list any and all directors of the company.
If the person is just an employee at the company, then at least you have a contact name in the company you can call or write to, depending on how desperate you are to have the information.

i think the fact that you are looking is because of Roche commercial, and i wonder if actually there is a better, legal way of trying to resolve this.
