Iguanas can see colors and are attracted to bright colors. So yes this is very normal. He is attracted to the disney movies because of all these bright colors. All iguanas have a special something they like and are attracted to. So don't neglect him from watching disney movies, its actually good for him. Mine likes music, I can put Jack Johnson or John Mayor on and he will start bobbing his head in a good natured way. I think it's the sound of the guitar, but not sure, all I know is he loves it.

Many years ago I had a cat who loved the "Star Blazers" anime series. If I put on one of the tapes, she'd come running as soon as she heard the opening music, and sit there entranced through the entire episode. She had no interest in anything else on TV, but she loved those Star Blazers tapes, especially the explosions.

When I had an iguana, though, the only thing he ever seemed to watch was his food dish.

Many lizard species are drawn to the base colors, especially red and also for some reason they like moving scenes of water. So cartoons are right up there is popular demand by them. Try animal planet also for your iguana and he will probably like that.

My bearded dragons have their own TV in the reptile room turned to that channel......... but we have to remember to turn the TV off when their lights go off on the timer, or they stay up all night watching TV!!

That's awesome! Animals are such a hoot. My little Ferret Daisy used to love hard rock music, she was deaf but would stop whatever she was doing to sit near the sub woofer on my home theater system..they crack me up. Yes, animals will do some stuff we consider strange or funny. Maybe he likes the movement or colors.

It's kinda normal. My dog loves to watch animal programmes. She even looks behind the screen to see if they're there!

My parrot is a headbanger. I put on rock music and he head-bangs to the tunes, trying to sing along too! Great to join in with!

not too prepared on the cartoons, even with the undeniable fact that Disney's are a number of the suitable, yet Ido incredibly like the flicks, like "The parent capture" reported earlier.they're movies you are able to watch with toddlers or on your individual interior the understanding that there will be no violence, undesirable language or gratuitous intercourse ,merely experience good entertainment.
