What I mean is like some girl want to be pregnant so bad that their body thinks they are pregnant. I don't know if thats the case with me or not, but my lower abdominal area is hard....like I would be pregnant. I was just wanting to know that if a false pregnancy would make it feel that way.

Yes Your Mind Can Trick You Into Thinking Your Preganant But There Has Been Very Rare Cases About this if your lower abdomial area is hard there is a very good chance you are pregnant.Congrats!

Its not for me to assume you haven't willed a make-believe pregnancy on yourself, but there's a good chance you are constipated.
People can be "irregular" even if they have some version of a bowel movement each day. Gas and/or constipation can your abdomen to feel hard. Get some Gas-X or other gas medication. Make sure you get some fruits (apples or applesauce are good) and fruit juice over the next few days. Drink a lot of water. It could take a few days or more to get to where you're not bloated.
I don't think you have an imaginary pregnancy. Maybe you're even getting a period (again, bloating).

false pregnancies have all the same symptoms as real pregnancies however a woman's belly won't go hard in the first while of pregnancy. Take a test, put your mind at ease. Good luck

Alot of pregnancy symptoms can follow a false pregnancy especially if your wanting to be pregnant....
