juggling or keeping up...start by dropping the ball to your foot - shoelace and kick it up to you and catch and drop,again.. then start by using your tigh, chest and keep it up as much as possible..at first you'll do a couple then you start building up and the better you get at it..the more ball control you have...youhave to have a feel of the ball when you kick...that is the secret..feel and control..then start using both of your feet..its hard at first, but you'll get better with time.PRACTICE EVERYDAY..ALSO HIT IT AGAINST A WALL RETURN FOR BALL /FEET DRIBBLE.

I am assuming you are practicing on your own. throwing a ball onto a slanted roof and trying to anticipate where it will come down, trying to control it before it hit the ground, is good for ball control. If you watch how a pro receives a ball and how an amateur receives a ball. the difference is immense. the pro has now time whereas the amateur is still trying to bring the ball under control.

the best way to develop good control is to play with tennis balls.since they are small they are difficult to control.u will then find it easier on the football.believe me.i used to just play with tennis balls in my house all day long against the walls, chairs, sofas, etc.now everyone praises me for my skills and yes ball control.

Just play and play and play I don't mean just games, but one on one, etc. The more you handle the ball, the better you become at it.
