I don't know the locations in the new production of Pride and Prejudice with Kiera Knightly, but in the BBC production they used National Trust houses:

"Pemberley" (Darcy's house) was a place called "Lyme Park"
"Netherfield" (Bingley's house) was a house called "Edgecote Hall"
and "Longbourne" (The Bennet Family) was a place called "Luckington Court"

The house is called Longbourne in the novel. It's near the town of Merrington. Today, there's a Merrington in Durham county, but this is unlikely to be the place Austen meant, because she lived in Southampton in Southeastern England, and Durham is much farther North. Also, since Elizabeth Bennet travels with her aunt and uncle to the "lake country" it's unlikely that she lives in Durham, or that wouldn't be much of a vacation to her, since Durham is in the lake country. So my guess is that Merrington (or Merritton?) is a fictional town.

It is set in England. Parts are meant to be in London.
