There probably isn't a song that could hold up under that kind of intense play. I've played songs over and over again for the better part of a day -- most recently Love Like Winter by AFI (2006) but it's not enough variety to stand up over years and years of play with nothing else.
Other songs I've played incessantly for hours on end:
Just Like Heaven - The Cure 1987
Baby it's You - The Shirelles 1961
Pretty Little Girl - The King Krooners 1956
My Gal's a Jockey - Joe Turner 1946
Your Woman - White Town 1997
Rocking Chair Boogie - Ivory Joe Hunter 1952
Push It - Garbage 1998
Bohemian Like You - The Dandy Warhols 2000
Love is all Around - The Troggs 1967
There are probably over a hundred I could list, but you get the idea. Variety really is the spice of life!

Wow, interesting predicament!
I would have to choose something happy. I wouldn't want the rest of my life to be miserable having to listen to a depressing song.

Canon In D....by Pachelbel.
There's so many different versions I'd never tire of it..
In fact I don't. I listen to it along with some other similar music every night when I go to bed...
What about you?

Weird Al's "Just Eat It"
Need something with a great bump and good rythym and funny so you could make your own words too.

I'd just blow my head off.
No way i could listen to any song over and over no matter how good it is.
ok ok "Sojourner" by Phil Keaggy, mostly cuz it's 25 mins long and it's classical guitar.

"Karma killer" by Robbie Williams. I think the lyrics would be very appropriate for the situation, and I know from the past, that by listening to it continously it changes my mood.
