A dossier? It is a file or a transcript created for a person, therefore it is a noun (object)

"I created a dossier on the suspect today at the police station".

Dossier usually refers to a compilation of information in writing:

"His dossier says that he has traveled to these countries and has visas and appropriate shots"

"Her dossier lists her qualifications for this job, which are listed as...."

it's a big, fancy word for 'File' in the noun sense, It is French in origin, and pronounced, Daw-see-ay or close to it.

The dossier on James Bond was so thick we had to create a second one just for the women he has slept with.
