The song is called "Mad World" and it is by Michael Andrews. It is also featured in the film "Donny Darko". Good song, but I would have to say that the original by "Tears For Fears" is better.

Mad World by Gary Jules. Trust me this is the one. I've already found it, cuz I love this song and I found it awhile ago.
