I am unaware of a website, though your best bet would be to go through your home university. "Masters" degrees are just starting to appear in German universities. Because they go to "high school" (Gymnasium... it is already subject focused) one year longer than in the States, the first degree they receive from a university is usually their Diplom (rather similar to our masters, they don't have a "bachelors" degree... though some programs are beginning to have them). Also, the university schedule is very different from in the States. Universities Fall/Winter semesters usually being mid-October and go through then end of February, and the Summer semester is the beginning of April though the end of July. Most likely this will not work with your university's schedule, so I would recommend finding an international program specifically tailored to American students.

The easiest thing to do would be to check the actual websites. technical universities usually have URLs like www.fh-(city name).de, which may look like www.fh-pforzheim.de or www.fh-kiel.de or www.fh-muenchen.de .
Academic universities do the same thing with www.uni-(city name).de
Good luck!
