Any websites where i can upload a pic and have pretty text on it. (iditing image with text)

Hi there ... not sure if there is a site that would do that for yaa ... u can use design programs .. such as photoshop .. or paint shop pro .. and others ..
or u could just email me the pics and i will do them for yaa ;), after all .. i am a graphical designer .
note .. will help u with the darken and brighting pics part too ..
