i for ur birthday u have been wanting something really bad but you get the total opposite like u want a car but u get ur mom's old nasty car what do u do? u get really mad and yell at the people but then they surprise you with a brand new range rover how do u talk to your parents again?

Your parents already knew you were spoiled, so don't worry about them. But go ahead and apologize and thank them for their generosity. Most importantly, please take this as a life lesson about being grateful, kind, mature, etc. You obviously have some work to do on yourself. Which is fine for a teenager.

man,karma is karma so deal with it youve been really mean to your parents, so apologize personally and whole heartedly tell them youve been too excited and that youre reaction was just a mere shock and that you did not really mean to yell at them, whatever you do say sorry as sweetly and sincerely as you can
