I went to the doc on nov 9th, she did an internal exam and I was 70 % effaced and 2-3 cm dilated. So my question is will I make it to my due date which is nov 30th?

I would say that if you are already dilated 2-3 cm then it is most likely means that this baby is definitely arriving before the 30th! You have already begun the labor process and if I were you I would make sure that the hospital bag is packed and that everything is ready in case it becomes active soon. Labor is an unpredictable thing and if this is your first pregnancy it could take a lot longer to go into active labor. But I believe that even in that case you would be delivering at least in the next two weeks. Don't panic everything is fine and due dates are not totally accurate. The baby comes when it is ready. Try not to think about this too much but if you begin to have bleeding, water breaks, or you start feeling strong pains, then you'll know it's time. Good luck!

there is no way to tell. I was dialted to a 3 for over a month.. and i still ended up being induced because i was 2 weeks past my due date..!!!!!! on the flip side- my sister went to the doctor 3 weeks before her due date and wasnt even dialated yet or anything and that night her water broke and she had her baby! hehe there is absoloutly no predicting when labor will happen! good luck

I hope you go ahead and have it soon but there is no way to tell. The baby will come when it is good and ready and not a minute before. And their all so different. But I'm sure you are anxious and sick of being pregnant and uncomfortable. Good luck
