i have a really good friend who really wants to go out with this guys... who just hapens to be the same guy i want... shes really tomboyish and wouldnt be caught dead in girls clothes and so not alot of guys like her and this might be her first chance with a guy.. but it would also be first chance.. do i go after him of wait until my friend has her chance?

I think you should tell her that you are interested in him too & maybe both of you should call that one "off limits".Otherwise, you will lose a good friendship, and it may not work out w/you or her & this "guy", they are a dime a dozen honey, set sights on another one! Friends are treasures...
