I WAS STILL IN LOVE. NO IT MADE THINGS WORSE. DON'T DO IT.

This really depends on why your are divorcing in the first place. Sometimes people rush to divorce because of fear, anger etc.

Once I googled "sex with the ex" and got alot of really good information. It was however, split about 50% / 50%. Basically it comes down to expectations and feelings. Are you doing it because you want to get back together, perhaps to hurt the spouse? If not, the statistics say that it's okay and may actually help you get through one of the toughest times of your life.

If your motivation or expectations are not in alignment with your spouse, your both looking for more pain and heartache.

Speaking from experience, the more I slept with my ex the more I realized why he was an ex and that I had value without him. Which by the way I didn't feel that way during the first six months after he said he wanted a divorce.

Me and my husband are in process of getting divorce and we still go the movies and out to dinner, but we take the kids with us. we dont have sex anymore and we actually are getting along better now than we were before. We are trying to be friends and so far things are working out pretty good. I guess it helps cause we talk instead of yell now and when we go home its without each other so we still have our own space, hopefully by jan or feb our divorce will be final. Good Luck

comfort sex all the way. If you are divorcing, cut the ties and let go. If you aren't then stop looking for attention and get back together.
