Shoes need to be black and dressy to be worn with black slacks. Something like a penny loafer style with somewhat of a heel. So far my running shoes are the only thing that doesn't have my feet dying at days end and they aren't acceptable. Can't wear Crocs, too casual. Tried shoesforcrews and not even KINDOF comfortable. Is this hopeless?

Look for Rockport, Hush Puppy or Naturalizer brands. All have shoes suitable for being on your feet for a full work day, yet stylish looking too.

Remember that old saying,..... 'You get what you pay for'. It's soooooo true with shoes, and if your feet are killing you by the end of the day,..... well, let's just say that I USED to buy cheap shoes, but once I sprang for the extra $$ for a good pair, I discovered that I was much more energetic at the end of a long day, as well as the shoes didn't wear out as fast!

What seemed more expensive at first, is really cheaper in the long run!

As sensible as they may sound Marks and Sparks produce the most comfortable 2 inch heel shoes. They do have some dressy ones and their Lycra sock range with gel feel soles called 'step in to Lycra' are as comfortable as running shoes, amazing but true.

I'm on my feet all day too.Find a shoe store that sells the Bass brand of shoes.I've never gotten an uncomfortable pair of shoes from Bass and I've been wearing them to work for years. They have all kinds of styles to choose from,so you should be able to find something that will work for you. They also have an on line store too.Good Luck!

Shoes-for-crews one weren't comfy?? Thats what I wear...the cute black girly slip-on ones and they are heaven sent. Plus I dont bust my *** in the kitchen lol.

Hmm, you could try your local department stores see what they've got. But as you probably already know non-slip is a must so just make sure they have the deep treading on them!
Good luck!

I recommend, makes generally purchase skate footwear through fact they're famous yet not all skate footwear are delicate. in case you prefer to circulate casual, a pair of trucks originals or talk will do yet they don't seem to be good for long distances. They harm after awhile. you are able to not circulate incorrect with Nikes or Sauconys
