i have tried youtube, limewire and torrentspy.com and i cant seem to do it does anyone know if u can still do it on soulseek? please

They have all of Degrassi at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com Its not free and there is a sign-up fee but it is small and its a one time thing only. After this, you get unlimited access to downloading old and new episodes of shows.
